DIRECTIONS:

FROM PORTLAND/NORTH:

  • Take I-5 Southbound
  • Take the Carmen Drive/King City Exit 291
  • Turn RIGHT at the light onto Carman Drive
  • Turn RIGHT at the next light onto Sequoia Parkway
  • Turn RIGHT onto Redwood Lane (at the sign for the Portland Clinic)
  • Take a LEFT and then an immediate RIGHT into the parking lot
  • You will see a side door labeled "North Entrance", once you enter we are the first suite on the LEFT

FROM SALEM/SOUTH:

  • Take I-5 Northbound
  • Take the Carmen Drive/King City Exit 291
  • Turn LEFT off the exit ramp onto Carman Drive
  • Turn RIGHT at the second light onto Sequoia Parkway
  • Turn RIGHT onto Redwood Lane (at the sign for the Portland Clinic)
  • Take a LEFT and then an immediate RIGHT into the parking lot
  • You will see a side door labeled "North Entrance", once you enter we are the first suite on the LEFT
